Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all programs and services provided by MentalFit Solutions©.

1.2 The following offerings are covered:

Tailored programs for companies and their teams
Groups of a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 16 participants per seminar

1.3 The scope of services is determined by a verbal or written agreement with the client.

1.4 The engagement extends for the duration of the collaboration and remains in effect until revoked.

1.5 An initial consultation is free of charge. If the initial consultation already includes specific approaches, concepts or other client-specific solutions that can serve as a basis for the client's further work, fees may apply.

1.6 All other activities form part of the engagement and will be invoiced accordingly.

1.7 Seminars take place outdoors in nature in all weather conditions, except during storms. Forest roads, woodland paths, meadows and hiking trails may be used.

2. Provision of Services

2.1 MentalFit Solutions© is not responsible for delays in the provision of services caused by the client or by circumstances beyond the control of MentalFit Solutions©.

2.2 MentalFit Solutions© will inform the client without delay of any circumstances on its side that may cause delays or affect the agreed delivery of services.

2.3 If one of the designated seminar facilitators is unable to participate for reasons beyond their control, MentalFit Solutions© will make every reasonable effort to provide a qualified replacement. If no replacement can be arranged at short notice, MentalFit Solutions© shall not be liable for any resulting costs or damages. The client may arrange a new date on which the agreed service will be provided. If the client chooses not to proceed with the agreed service as a result of this situation, the client may withdraw from the agreement. In this case, only services already provided will be charged.

2.4 Course Materials: Reproduction or distribution of course materials is not permitted.

2.5 Program and Price Changes: MentalFit Solutions© reserves the right to make changes to programs and prices as well as to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Registration, Rescheduling, Cancellation & Withdrawal

3.1 Registration
Registration must be made via the online registration form or by email. A booking confirmation/invoice will be sent by email. Registration is binding.

3.2 Rescheduling and cancellations must be submitted in writing.

3.3 Seminar bookings canceled at least 30 calendar days before the scheduled date will not incur a cancellation fee. For cancellations made up to 20 days before the start date, 50% of the total fee will be charged. After this date, the full amount will be due.

3.4 Any rescheduling is subject to a one-time administrative fee of CHF 50.

3.5 Insurance: Participants are responsible for obtaining their own cancellation and accident insurance.

3.6 Accident / Illness: If the team is unable to participate due to unexpected circumstances, 50% of the course fee will be refunded upon presentation of a medical certificate. A one-time rescheduling may also be possible. We therefore recommend obtaining cancellation insurance.

4. Payment

4.1 Invoices for the seminar series are payable net within 30 days of receipt.

4.2 Late Payment: If an invoice is not paid within 30 days, a payment reminder will be sent by email. A second reminder sent by post will incur an administrative fee of CHF 25.

5. Confidentiality

5.1 MentalFit Solutions© operates according to principles of confidentiality and trust. All information received in the course of the business relationship will be treated as strictly confidential.

5.2 The client agrees not to disclose information or documents provided by MentalFit Solutions©, either directly or indirectly, to third parties and to respect the copyright applicable to all written materials.

6. Data Protections

The provisions of our Privacy Policy apply.

7. Jurisdiction

7.1 The place of jurisdiction for any legal disputes is Zurich, Switzerland.
