Resilience in Nature

Forest with stream.jpg

A nature-based program for mental health, resilience and collaboration.

Resilience is built through more than knowledge. It develops through experience, reflection and a deeper awareness of our own resources.

Resilience in Nature combines health promotion, coaching and nature-based experiences in a practical development program for companies.

What participants take away

Four key themes run through the program, helping participants apply what they learn in their everyday work.

  • Strengthen self-awareness

  • Gain new perspectives

  • Develop stress management skills

  • Strengthen collaboration

The program at a glance

The program consists of four progressive modules, each focusing on a specific topic and supporting practical application in everyday work. It can be delivered as a complete series or tailored to your company's needs.

01 Self-assessment and self-awareness

Participants reflect on current stressors, resources and behavioral patterns, gaining clarity about their strengths and challenges as a foundation for further development.

02 Communication and new perspectives

New perspectives emerge through exchange with others and greater awareness of our own behavior. The module encourages reflection, mutual understanding and a constructive approach to different viewpoints.

03 Team roles and collaboration

Participants explore their role within the team and reflect on collaboration, communication and mutual expectations. Shared experiences help build trust and strengthen team dynamics.

04 Change and integration

Insights from the program are brought together and translated into concrete actions, with a focus on applying them sustainably in everyday work.

Why nature?

Nature is more than a backdrop. Used intentionally, it creates distance from the working day, supports regeneration and opens up space for reflection and new perspectives.

Research suggests that spending time in nature can reduce stress, restore attention and support psychological well-being. This creates an environment where learning, exchange and development can come more naturally than in a traditional seminar setting.

Distance creates perspective

A change of environment opens up new perspectives and encourages reflection.

Nature supports regeneration

Rest, movement and contact with nature support recovery and mental well-being.

Experience makes learning stick

Learning connected to direct experience is often more memorable and easier to apply.
